Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai

The staff was courteous and polite throughout my stay. The hotel has both a rooftop restaurant and an indoor buffet restaurant, which was very convenient and enjoyable.

Although the breakfast options were very good, the dinner buffet could benefit from adding a few Western food options. The Indian food was good, but after several days, it would be nice to have a taste of home as well. The day shift staff was very friendly and welcoming, while the night reception staff was more formal and reserved in comparison.

I really like your hotel, and I also enjoy using Booking.com.However, I am unhappy that I received such a message.Although the hotel name in the message does not match, the check-in dates are exactly the same as my stay at Welcomehotel.I cannot tell whether this security issue happened at the hotel or on Booking.com.I hope you will take this matter seriously and improve the system to ensure guests feel safe.

Room service, Coffee should come in a Thermos. By the time one drinks few sips rest of the coffee gets cold

Ordered dinner and it was so bland taste and very expensive.definitely wouldn’t be trying it anymore

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. All the staff members were polite and friendly. My family felt like they were in home. While dinning one of the staff member named Rita attended us she took care of my daughter really well. I would love to return back to this hotel for my next vaccation.

Location of the hotel to MWC which is business hub . Amenities, room, service , staff ,meal was excellant

The hospitality shown by in room dining services team and house keeping team was great. Particularly the food that was delivered by the personnel everyday morning was fantastic - be it courteousness or ensuring that the needs are fully met, etc. House keeping team was courteous too and that’s a big plus.

The check out process was pathetic. We were made to wait for more than 15 mins and I had to go back and check/ follow up to get it completed. I can share more feedback if approached by Customer support team from ITC.

Reception was not that great except the chauffeur who helped to get the formalities completed at the time of check in.

Staff were great, room was very comfortable.

Some kit in the gym could have been better, more variety for breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay.The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended

Nothing much to dislike. Would have liked some more variation in dinner buffet but I believe I felt that repetitiveness was due to my extended stay of 16 days.

The breakfast was good. However, they could vary the menu more often for variety. But overall, it was good.The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

It is no where close to any other ITC property, AC in lobby was off when we entered from a hot afternoon and staff was still defending saying it is working , breakfast is spread is too less and basic

Comfort and cleanliness was excellent.

Went for breakfast at 9 am on both days. Some items in the buffet were already over and not filled up after informing the staff.

Nothing the property did not served as a 5 star, itc group must take care on making member hotels as it was a third class property

Food, Room and Location

Staff was not trained well, and they charged the dinner different for each day of my stay. Infact, they printed separate bill for my child. Staff knocked the door and asked for laundry and mentioned to me up to four clothes free, however while returning it, they charged. However, I argued with them and finally did not pay for it. Before starting the dinner, the staff asked how is the food? I replied, "Will let you know once finished the dinner".
